Who We Are
Eshkol Connections was founded on the belief that every person has the right to live with purpose, respect and opportunity. Built on family values, service and integrity, we provide residential, host home, personal care, community connection and transportation services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Colorado. Our approach is person-centered, which means support is shaped around the individual rather than fitted to a fixed program.
